2-Year Warranty
Zeroo Time watches include a 2-year international warranty which covers mechanical defects in the timepiece. The warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear, external damage, loss, theft, overwinding, water damage, or damage due to misuse. The timepiece must be purchased from ZerooWatch.com or an authorized retailer in North America to be eligible for warranty coverage in the USA.

Winding Your Watch
We highly recommend being familiar with your new timepiece and knowing how to care for your timepiece daily. Zeroo Time Co watches feature three types of movements: Quartz, Automatic, and Mechanical:
Quartz movements are a type of watch movement, where the watch is powered by a battery. They do not require any winding of the crown.
Automatic watch movements are called “self-winding” watch movements. These calibers use the natural movements of the wearer’s wrist to power the timepiece, they do not require daily winding to ensure the watch’s operation and accuracy. If the timepiece is worn every day, you will not have to wind the watch by hand that often to keep it operational.
Mechanical movements are watches that use a mechanical mechanism to measure the passage of time, as opposed to modern quartz watches which function electronically. It is driven by a spring and must be wound periodically.
Tip: Do not overwind your watch! Most Zeroo Time Co watches feature either an automatic or mechanical movement and need to be wound periodically. Please do not overwind a watch ever. We recommend between 10 to 20 winds when all power has left the movement; you should feel the mainspring getting tight, never go past that point or you can damage the watch movement which is not covered under warranty. Please do not overwind mechanical watches from the T Series.
Waterproof Resistance
Zeroo Time Co watches are mainly water resistant to 3 ATM. What is waterproof 3ATM? 3 ATM (30 m) protects against splashes from rain, hand washing, etc. Not suitable for showering, swimming, or diving.
